  1. Actually Dematteis, from the trailers I saw, that new Swamp Thing series looks pretty interesting.

Looks like it captured the Vertigo vibe AND a bit of the 70s horror style.

Just my take though, a shame I may never see it.

    1. Chances are I won't see it either, Jack. I pay for more than enough streaming apps. I don't see the point in one more.

But, for Len and Bernie's sake, I hope it's a great show.

    2. That is exactly my issue.

I predict one day, in the not TOO distant future all these streaming services will be bundled like cable. Perhaps then.

It is just getting nuts. NBC is getting one, CBS already has one...how long until there is massive pulling of content from other sites.

I drew my line in that sand, and it is why despite loving the Twilight Zone, I am waiting for the current season to end so I can watch it in the free preview.

Of course, if we are honest, Disney will eventually own everything, so it will be just one (that I also have no plans to subscribe to, by the way).

But, yes, those two definitely deserve to see their vision realized as many ways as possible... and accurately.

Though I must admit, I didn't hate the movie or original show. They weren't great, but there was a charm.

Here's to you Mr. Wein and Mr. Wrightson, you made a Hell of a character.

  2. Do you know what your convention schedule for the rest of year will be?

  3. So far it's GalaxyCon in Richmond and HeroesCon in Charlotte in June. Nothing in July. DragonCon in Atlanta in late August/early September, a con in Scotland in late September and GalaxyCon in Louisville in November. But there's always the possibility that more will be added along the way!

  4. Any chance you'll be coming the New York area in the near future (even if in 2020)?
