That's a wrap for Phase 2 of the DeMultiverse Kickstarter! Massive thanks to our sensational supporters, the incredibly gifted collaborators who brought the visions in my head to life with such grace and power, and the amazing David Baldy of Spellbound Comics!
But wait! If you missed the Kickstarter cutoff—or have a friend who might be interested in our books—don’t despair: Thanks to a new feature on Kickstarter, you can continue to support us until we close the campaign down, which won't be for a few months as we wrap up the final assembly of the comics and the TPB.
Yes, the campaign is over but the journey goes on. And it’s all because of our supporters. Thank you all!
That is a pretty Will Eisner looking sketch of you. Now you just need a staircase that conventionally spells out his name.

I have a staircase like that in my house. (Okay, not really.)

Hi there!
ReplyDeletePlease forgive this back door means of communicating. We had a conversation decades ago because I was ape sh*t over Moonshadow. You pointed me to a booklet about Meher Baba and I think it contained a story about entering spiritual realms using marijuana and being …No! I am remembering now! Pretty sure it was a work friend who told the story ABOUT Meher Baba!
Well I’ll tell you anyway, because it will probably appeal to you:
The friend was getting high a lot, and appreciating the spirit fruits. Meher Baba… who he didn’t know of, at the time, appeared in a hallucination (or dream), miniature… wearing those curling-up-at the toes Middle Eastern slippers… and kicked him in the head. (I sought you out, because I thought it was Meher Baba’s experience that someone kicked him in the head.)
That got my friend’s attention. The little Meher said he’d arrived in the right place, but he’d used the wrong means. He had to knock off the behavior. It was counter to God’s will (or something along those lines).
My life has taken a decidedly amazing path… Thoroughly engaged in ringing in “The Kingdom…” with a smorgasbord of an eclectic crew… starting in Costs Rica… If curious: Noelle Pollet heartcircle8@gmail.com
Big ✨Love✨ in any case! Did I learn tonight you wrote some Silver Surfer? I was a fan! 💗
Thanks for sharing that, Noelle. Much appreciated. The question is, did your friend take Meher Baba's advice and stop using drugs?
DeleteAnd, yes, I did a Silver Surfer run back in the 90s and MOONSHADOW's Jon J Muth drew a bunch of those issues!
